Shipping to the 48 Contiguous United States is based on total merchandise order. Alaska, Hawaii and International orders are currently not accepted. All packages are shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS.

Most gourmet orders ship within 3 - 5 days Monday through Friday. Please allow 7-14 business days for your order to arrive from the date of purchase. During peak times, such as Thanksgiving and Christmas, shipping time many be extended several days.

Please note, most of our gourmet mixes are approximately one pound or more. As such, our shipping prices will be higher than the average Internet market place. If actual shipping is more than $3.00 than what you were charged, you will be refunded the difference.
Quantity Discounts
Quantity discounts are available throughout the store on multiple items purchased within a single category.

Gift Wrap
Gift wrapping is available at checkout for a $3.00 fee. You will have the option to choose which items you would like gift wrapped and they will be grouped together and wrapped within one package. Sorry, we cannot gift wrap into multiple packages. One gift wrapped package per order.
Returning Merchandise
Because our merchandise is food, all items may not be returnable. Merchandise returns require prior authorization. Please contact us at info@justmixandbake.com for return authorization. Returns will be accepted up to 5 days after your order has arrived. We will provide instructions for return at the time of authorization.
For orders returned at no fault of Just Mix and Bake a 15% restocking fee will be applied. For orders returned due to damage, a full refund will be issued.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refund will be issued within 5 business days of receipt of merchandise.
Gift Certificates are non-refundable or redeemable for cash.
Damaged Merchandise
Please contact us at info@justmixandbake.com within 48 hours days after order arrival and replacement merchandise will be sent as quickly as possible.
Please save damaged merchandise in original packing material and box for 5 business days after notifying us of damages for transporation company to inspect if they wish too.
Further instructions will be forwarded upon notification of damaged merchandise.
Missing Merchandise
Please contact us at info@justmixandbake.com within 24 hours of order arrival.
Missing merchandise will be shipped upon receipt of damaged merchandise.
Shelf Life
The shelf life for cheese items is 6 months. All other items are one year. Please keep out of strong light, both direct and indirect.
